Return, Refund & Exchange
Returns – Only for Defects or Wrong Items
We accept returns only if:
● The product is damaged, torn, faded, or defective
● A completely wrong product was delivered (wrong design, color, or size)
To be eligible for a return:
● Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
● The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging
● You must share clear image/video proof via email for verification

In case of a wrong item delivered, we’ll either:
● Arrange a return and send the correct item, or
● Accept the return and issue a full refund — as per your preference
Once your return is approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and instructions.
We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or style preferences. These are eligible for exchange only (see below).
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Valid for:
● Size exchanges
● Color or design swaps
● Product upgrades (price difference must be paid)
Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100
One exchange per order only
After receiving the item in its original condition, we’ll process your exchange and dispatch the new piece.
Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
● Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts are not accepted
● Items on Sale or Discount
Refunds – Only for Approved Returns
For approved returns (defective or wrong item):
● You’ll be notified after inspection
● If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
● Bank processing times may vary
