At Raasta Culture, we’re committed to delivering your drip as fast and reliably as possible. Below are the key details of our shipping process, charges, and timelines:
● All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of successful placement.
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
● Orders typically take 4–7 working days to be delivered after dispatch.
● Delivery time may vary slightly based on your pin code and courier coverage.

An advance of ₹100 is to be paid online during order placement. The remaining order value will be collected at the time of delivery. |
● COD Pre-Payment is mandatory to confirm your order. Orders without COD advance will not be processed.
● Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may experience longer delivery timelines or may not be eligible for COD.
● We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in case of return or exchange.
Tracking details will be shared via your registered email and/or phone number once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after dispatch.
